My Specialties

I offer individual adult therapy to women over the age of 18. I specialize in working with women who are struggling with anxiety, depression, insecure attachments, identity issues, burnout, assertiveness skills, grief, church hurt, spirituality, and past trauma. I am passionate about helping women realize their full potential and be able to see themselves for who they truly are. Each person has a story of how they have gotten to where they are. I feel so honored to sit with women, grieve with them, and help them find the redemption and hope in their story.

I also specialize in working with children who are experiencing anger, anxiety, depression, have experienced trauma, have been adopted, have an insecure attachment, or struggling with divorced parents. I love working with children because I can easily connect with their childlike spirit and help them understand what they need to flourish.

Similarly, I have a passion for working with parents. I specialize in growing the connection between parents and their children. This begins with empowering parents to see their potential and ability to meet their child’s needs. As this happens, parents can reconnect to the heart of their child. This is truly what children long for and I love having the opportunity to foster this process and watch the joy and growth that follow.

My Approach

I believe that finding a connection to yourself and others is the first step to finding joy and fulfillment. This belief directs how I interact with clients. I am gentle, kind, accepting, empathetic, and warm as I know my interactions with clients provide the foundation of safety for the healing process.

This is why I focus on being a safe haven for clients to come to when they need rest and comfort and a secure base to give clients the tools and confidence to take the next steps towards growth. I do this by attuning to each client’s emotions and needs and helping them find confidence in being able to meet their own needs.
