Individual Therapy

For women 18 years and older

It is for you if you do not feel connected and confident in who you are and where you are going. Our goal is to help you find acceptance in who you are and to guide you to your fullest potential. Therapy is often sought out when all hope is gone. We invite you to start your journey before then.

Connected Counseling is invested in helping you identify the misaligned pieces in your life and being with you on your journey to peace. We believe this all starts with connection to your therapist.


This is why we recommend a 15-minute phone call to see if we are a good fit. When you do find a good fit, the safety and connection created in this relationship can give you the courage to do the challenging work necessary for healing. 

What you can expect

The first session will be 60 minutes, and your therapist will ask about background information on your life and your top concerns/goals for therapy. Once your counselor has an in-depth understanding of your challenges, she will work with you to create a personalized plan for how to meet these goals.


Your counselor will provide a safe, nurturing environment for you to process your feelings, while also guiding you in areas of growth.
